Shyamlal and Ghanshyam are partners in the business but Shyamlal drove Ghanshyam out of business by committing fraud and showing loss in the business. Shyamlal is not able to tolerate such loss and dies. Before death he obtained promise from his elder son Mohan that he will look after Amar - his younger son, properly. Mohan promised him that he will take care of Amar like his son.

Mohan has a toy factory and business is going on very well. He brought up Amar by providing proper education. Mohan's wife Laxmi also loves Amar very much because she doesn't have son. But she has one daughter called Munni. All three - Amar, Mohan and Laxmi loves Munni very much. Amar also respects his brother and sister-in-law very much. Amar is studying in a College where all girls are falling for him. But Amar loves Asha - the most beautiful girl of the college. But when Radha comes to know that Amar loves Asha she become extremely jealous.

When Asha's father Ghanshyam came to know about it he arranged their marriage. Radha became more jealous because of this. Ghanshyam handed over his whole business to Amar. Radha could not tolerate these two successes of Amar and started thinking of taking revenge. She feels miserable because of her unsuccessful love for Amar. She manages to create misunderstanding between Amar and Asha. Also she created a animosity between Asha and Laxmi and finally managed to separate both brothers. But what happened after that?
